In the spirit of thanksgiving and social distancing, Radiant Rebelation will be a night of testimonials, a silent auction and student entertainment - from the comfort of your own home. 100% of the funds raised from this event benefit Roncalli families in need of tuition assistance. Because this is a virtual event with few expenses, we have the opportunity to raise even more money for our families in need. This year, we can make an even greater impact!

Our 50 Year Radiant Rebelation is going to be unlike anything we've ever seen before, and hopefully we never see again because we love celebrating Roncalli with you, our beloved Roncalli family! You provide the dinner and drinks, and we provide everything else you love about Rebelation.

Starting at 8 AM, Monday, April 20th, you will be able to start bidding on the silent auction items. During the week you'll get sneak peaks at the super silent items that will be the premium items to bid on beginning Saturday, April 25th at 7:30 PM.

Roncalli needs you now more than ever to help raise funds for needs-based tuition assistance. Please join us as we celebrate 50 years of Roncalli and donate to enable future generations to be part of the Roncalli tradition of excellence!

Class of 2020 graduation ceremony will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2020.

All of us as Roncalli extend another huge THANK YOU to all of our students and parents for another excellent week of E-learning! A big THANK YOU as well to our dynamite teachers!! We could not be more proud of how our students and teachers have responded to the challenges of having to adapt to an extended format of E-learning on such short notice! Keep up the great work Rebels!

  • We will continue with our video conferencing schedule for classes with sessions at 10:00 AM and 11:30 AM each Monday (Periods 1, 2), Tuesday (Periods 3, 4), Thursday (Periods 5, 6) and Friday (Periods 7, 8).
  • A reminder that Easter Monday (April 13) is a “Growing in Our Faith Day” and not an E-learning day. Families are encouraged to continue their celebration of Easter using resources provided by their parish church or the Roncalli Campus Ministry department. The only “school” responsibility on Easter Monday is for students to complete their attendance quiz by 10 AM.
  • Teachers may choose to invite their students into a video conference at other times on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday. This schedule was created to insure each class would have its own specific time and not have to compete with other classes.
  • Parents and Students – Please, please, please reach out to your teachers when you have a question or are in need of assistance. Also, continue to reach out to your school counselor and/or the social worker if/when you would benefit from speaking to them!
  • Roncalli High School principal, Chuck Weisenbach, is always available to answer any general questions and would really like to receive feedback from students and parents on the E-learning format.
  • Please send an email to if you have any chromebook or technology related issues.
  • “Life Prep Wednesdays” - This week’s “Life Prep Wednesday” is “Create Day.” Let your creative juices flow – some possible options - create an art/craft, bake a cake or dessert, create your own outdoor game, create a poem, create a memory with your parents, etc. Send photos to so they can be shared on Roncalli’s social media sites.
  • A reminder that students must complete their attendance quiz on Wednesdays prior to 10 AM.

Prom 2020 has been postponed from the original April 18 date.

Please know that hosting of prom is still a top priority. Mrs. Hibner, Mrs. Maly, and the Roncalli Administration will be working to find a potential new date(s). As the safety of our students and staff is of the utmost importance, we are closely monitoring the guidelines given to us by government agencies and the archdiocese and will continue to abide by the directives given to us by these entities.

We will keep you updated as new information becomes available.

Join us in continuing to pray for all of those affected by this virus!

Roncalli High School was scheduled to begin offering the first session of the classroom phase of our Driver Education program in April with our after school sessions from 3:15 - 5:15. Given we will not be in school during this time per the governor’s directive, we will be postponing the start of our Driver Education classes.

We remain committed to offering both the classroom phase of the Driver Education program and the behind the wheel training portion. However, until we have clarity on when we will be allowed back in school, the dates for both of these remain on hold. As soon as we have been told by governmental agencies and the archdiocese that it is safe to return to school, we will get information out to students and parents as to the new dates. Our intent is to offer our Driver Education program either during the months of June and/or July if allowed to do so.

Should there be a student who has already registered and paid the deposit or the whole course fee and whose family would now like to drop the course and have their money refunded, please contact Andi Baker in the school’s main office.

CDE Forms - We are getting inquiries from parents asking for us to send them the CDE form for their child to take to the BMV to get their Driver Education permit. Please know that by law we are not allowed to issue a CDE form to a student until they are within two weeks of the start of their Driver Education course. Since we do not have a definitive start date at this time for our Driver Education course, we are not able to issue CDE forms. As soon as we have that start date determined, we will immediately begin issuing CDE forms to the students enrolled in our program.

We appreciate your patience and understanding and look forward to making available our school’s excellent Driver Education program to our students and families at some time in the near future.
