Roncalli invites all prospective students in 5th – 8th grades, along with their parents and family members, to join us for our Open House on Thursday, November 7th from 6:00 – 8:00 PM.
All facets of school life at Roncalli will be on display. Guests will be able to visit information booths on all academic, extra-curricular and service organizations and have an opportunity to speak with current students, teachers, coaches, club moderators and school administrators. Tours of the school will be available throughout the entire two hour time period.

Tickets for the upcoming musical, “Singing in the Rain” are now available. They can be purchased at roncalli.booktix.com. Tickets are $10.00 for adults, $5.00 for Roncalli students and children 14 years old and younger. Remember to print off your tickets and bring them with you to the show. Way to “Walk This Way,” Rebels! Roncalli enjoyed a fabulous Walkathon on Tuesday. We raised over $85,000 for needs-based tuition assistance! A huge “thank you” to our students, families, teachers, staff and corporate sponsors for making Walkathon 2019 a big success!

Parents of seniors are reminded that Herf Jones and Jostens will be at Roncalli the week of November 11 to take orders for Graduation Announcements. All seniors received packets in their English classes that contained information, samples and ordering information from both companies. Orders will be taken according to the following schedule: Monday, November 11 (Herff Jones); Thursday, Friday, November 12-15 (Jostens).

Regular mammograms are the best way to find breast cancer early. But, if your mammogram report says you have dense breast tissue – you may wonder what this means.
According the American College of Radiology, dense breast tissue is found in almost 40 percent of women and is a completely normal finding. Breasts are made up of a mixture of fibrous and glandular tissue and fatty tissue. Breasts are considered dense if there is a lot of fibrous or glandular tissue but not much fat.
