Thank you to our junior class officers and the junior Prom committee for all of their hard work in planning for and putting on such a wonderful Prom. Thanks as well to our Roncalli Parents Organization and all of the parent volunteers who made After Prom possible. We are blessed beyond measure to have so many caring, loving parents who give so generously of their time, talent and treasure to make our After Prom such a positive, fun experience for our students!

Coach John Stelzel reported they had 14 middle school girls attend the Spring Roncalli Girls Golf Clinic. St Barnabas, SSFC, St. Roch, Nativity and St Jude schools were represented covering the grades 5th through 8th. The purpose of the clinic was to introduce girls to the game of golf, one they can play for a lifetime and possibly play for Roncalli when they get to high school. This was the 3rd clinic the golf team has held for middle school girls, with the next one to be in October. Coach Stelzel is trying to get on a rotation of holding a spring and fall clinic. The girls learned how to putt, and they played some putting games to apply what they were taught, and they learned how to hit full swing shots, like driving the ball off a tee. He was pleased with the turnout and the help he received from the girls team. Elaina Smith, a Roncalli alum and was on the team from 2013-2016, also helped out as did Dave Clifford, Morgan Clifford’s father.
